Who we are
Orchard Hype is run by Conall Gribben, based in Armagh, Northern Ireland. If you have a question about your details, email hello@orchardhype.com.
What we collect
- When you send a message: your name, business name, email, phone (if you give it), what your business does, how customers book you, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- When you book a chat: your name, email and the time you pick, plus anything you add to the booking.
- When you email us: your email address and what you write.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, arrange and hold our chat, and, if you decide to go ahead, to quote for and deliver your website. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who helps us
A few trusted services store or process your details for us:
- Tally runs our message form.
- Cal.com runs our booking calendar.
- Apple iCloud handles our email.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
Cookies
This website doesn’t set its own cookies or use tracking ads. The booking calendar and the message form are provided by Cal.com and Tally, and they may use cookies they need to work.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and booking details for up to two years after we last spoke, unless you become a client. Then we keep what we need for our records.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Just email hello@orchardhype.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
